I don't support using the whip for training per se but isn't that how they train horses, lunge whip cracking in the air and floor as much as tapping the horse.
If horses weren't trained then if they got out of a field then what ?, how would you load one even to save it, if it hadn't learned to load, training is often the carrot and the stick method, this reminds me of the child smacking debate, there is smacking and there is abuse and there is horse training with the aid of a whip and there is abuse. | |
