It works both ways. The players have to fully commit and give everything not ease off if we go in front. Concentrate all the time, stop the sloppy play and cut out the fancy flicks. Stop going down looking for easy free kicks, it doesn't fool us or the referees. Go past players and shoot when you get half a chance. Basically just play football and give 100%. We can ask for no more and at least if we lose we can say the players have done their best, up until now that has not been the case.
