I was a young 12 year old walking around the boundary eating an ice cream.

RIP great man.

Allan Jones , Roger Davis and later Roy Fredericks as Glamorgan openers at the sadly and greatly missed St. Helens , Gary Sobers was so not OTT on that occasion , it was cricket .
Imagine now the fanfare and media frenzy on an event in our area , a polite gesture by Sobers to Nash and a mismatch which does happen on occasions in sport .
