Cullen misses headers every week. This is why he cannot be the main no 9.

This is pretty obvious actually. The voting right do not give you a right to benefit from dividends for example. My question was "legal" rights not rights in general .

This is a very important nuance and the wording is very important.

One question is -

is the 5% protected shares only applied to "voting rights" or things like 'dividends' and full payment value at the same selling price as all other shares the club (at the point of the club sale?.

I have always backed them and some of the accusations of bias were lazy and fake. I however I cannot defend them on this. Disgraceful WoL. It makes no sense to annoy a big section of their readership. It was not like this when Abbandonato was the editor, although he was a big Cardiff fan.

Can you explain this please.

Are you saying if you buy the voting rights and not the share they are not so valuable legally as if you bought the equivalent shares?

a) K&L. 76,% shares more legal right compared with

b) K&L 69% shares and 7% bought voting rights only.

17 is not the best time to sell. He is under contract and still learning. Govea another 17 year old has already rejected offers to stay and develop at Swansea.

Both can feature next season along with the old Azeen Lissah and Wilson. Congreve Lloyd Josh Thomas may be slow burners. Cotterill now has experience.

Must be kept. Swansea sells flowers not bulbs. Iwan Morgan was unavoidable sadly.

This is encouraging talk after Russel Martin if you ask me. He had great passing and possession stats most of the time. By watching BBC stats Swansea had 70% possession and 30% shots quite often.

This meant that opposition teams were twice as efficient that Swansea on shots while in possession. Martin was bailed out by Piroe who had exceptional xG with most of his shots resulting in goals particularly in his first season.

One of Swansea city's best players in history in my eyes. I expect there will be tears and tributes in Burnley as well.

Taffy is not a slur in my eyes I was called it bit in my early days in England. I have been warned off mentioning some low ball Swansea fans chants because discussing it, has an adverse effect on the advertising income of this charitable site.

Says it all really.

This is a forum in south Wales. We tend to have a mono political party in control as it has been for decades. (The Labour party)

In this culture alternative view are to be attacked and preferably eradicated. I was booted off another forum for not following the "party line". It was unfair as I had not broken any rules.

I am criticised personally and will have my sanity questioned. I have very clear values. I expect this.

The fans have no use for knowing the number for the LLC. Their own body cannot even invest £1m and does not understand they are shrinking due to inflation.

"Why do you not agree with me and clear the tinnitus for all of us" you might say.

I would reply "because you are not so smart".

Yes indeed we were very unpleasant indeed. I used to work in Turkiye and they are brainwashed.

They never did anyone any harm despite being the second biggest empire in Europe for 400 years.

They call me an Imperialist. I accept the criticism and tell them they were too. They do not accept this as the Ottomans were not really Turkish did not harm the Armenians and were nice kind people overall. I pointed out to them they did not abolish slavery until 1922 over 100 years after the British.

I saw a thing on Youtube. It was about places in the world the UK had at some point attacked.

The editors of the podcast found it simpler to identify the country that UK had NEVER attacked like like Ecuador and Tajikistan. There were a handful the UK military had not touched. Only 22 countries never to feel the end of a UK bayonet. I am surprised we never had a crack art Sweden.

You will love this OHL . The reference to 'gay' in this song is in the meaning of jolly. I posted on one youtube spat to a Russian h who called us 'gay ####' that Uk promotes Elton John and turns up with Tyson Fury. The list is so short there was not enough time for the whole song.

Yes good point. The legacy voting right were sold to the old board who stayed on. They have been diluted to 3.28% based on the figure given in this thread.

They originally had around 10% Mr Jenkins sold up to someone probably the LLC recently. The US guys therefore had a combined 79% in 2016.

The LLC have probably already had 75% voting for some time. I do not think it is very important. They lost it when Morris invested a sizeable sum.

There are a lot of thing owners could do but they do not. Levien and co can just stop paying the bills and put the club into administration. They are in charge.

They lost 75% control when Silverstein and Morris joined the club. Silverstein then moved to the LLC. Morris would only need a small sum to protect his % position if he wanted to. Morris would sue them if they offered pennies for his shares without good reason.

If Trump is in power after November he can invade and annex Canada. It would be easy for him.

White Rocking is going off on another conspiracy tangent. Whipping up fear for the sake of it. Fans should be wise enough by now to know it is baloney.

The main reason for the owners buy out voting rights when the original purchase was made was to prevent the Trust getting 25%. They SCST were saying at that time that the club did not need investment after Jenkins stated they did. At 25% the Trust could control club actions have ing only ever put £200k into the club. They could probably ban all new investment to preserve their power.

No doubt some Trust people would like Swansea to be in league 2 with them in charge. A Corbynista "club of the people". Stuart James (ex- Guardian would love it). Within 2 years they would be like the Ospreys looking for a 5000 seat stadium.

Fans are very angry at them for failing to deliver on promises. In my opinion they are no good for the club because they cannot even manage their own cash (for whatever reason). They are good at PR nothing else. They paid for a PR firm I noted from one of the a set of accounts.

The US people had 75% ownership but lost it willingly when Mr Morris put in £10m.

The previous gripes were a) No investment (sorted) b) No attendance at matches (Sorted)

The new gripe is "transparency" of the LLC. None of the fans business.

Not only do they claim to be businessmen but they are businessman. Why worry about them? They know how to look after themselves and have very deep pockets. Kaplan In particular made hundreds of millions out of Oak tree and sitting on hundred millions more at DC United.

He has made big money out of everything he has touched except Swansea city.

Be brave reject fear. New set up beefed up recruitment Coleman on station. He has taken charge with his people and they have money to spend this window with a highly promising and brave man manager and some very promising kids coming through.

The fans holding is heading to 5%. They will never invest. They are passengers and chose this role in 2015 when they declined to cash in. Now Taffy has to stand aside and leave it the Yanks.
I love Ben Cabango Williams and Coleman who typify SCFC These are lion hearted warriors.

People point out he is actually a British citizen who chose to turn out for the Republic. He is therefore the same as the Wrexham fans egging him on as a British anti monarchy activist.

My beef is he was doing it in a Wrexham shirt so has no right to take a political position on behalf of the club. Similarly the club had no right to force their political views on him and force him to wear a poppy on his shirt. It is a two way street of mutual respect.

The shirt is deemed to have "values" attached to it and Wrexham republicans hijacked it.

The Swansea shirt was hijacked by the clubs weak management (Birch) when they bought into the values of BLM without considering what those values were. They reversed out backwards from this mid season and carried on with the charade as cover by repackaging it.

Did Cameron visit change Trump stance on Ukraine?
at 22:58 18 Apr 2024

Uk still has clout and he is the foreign secretary. It is fashionable to run down Uk and call it weak but it still has good kit and capability.

In the Iran attacks, USA possibly had to have UK permission to use Cyprus, I was surprised Uk was involved then remembered that Cyprus is close by. I took a ferry to Israel Palestine an Egypt back in the 1980s.

I gave some sympathy with the history of RoI and I am glad they are independent and doing well. If the north joins them it will be their decision. English and Welsh people signalled they did not give a damn about them by voting for Brexit.

As a footballer he represents RoI and it is bad karma to bad mouth the nation you are playing in and doing financially very nicely.

Kurdish players in Turkiye would never talk like this and would be jailed or possibly eliminated. They never do proves the point.

Fans time and time again ask players not to bring their politics in the the EPL and EFL. Fans do not like it.

I have no problem at all with not wearing a poppy but bad mouthing the state while representing the club is poor form. He was representing Wrexham FC. Players should do political stuff in their own time not when representing the club. BLM support was clearly a mistake adopted without due diligence.

I reject your recommendation. We need to make sure South Wales does not only have one way of thinking.
