What a load of cack it is. Changed Decoure(scored) for David Silva(not in squad) so that's a minimum 10 points that I have lost. No wonder I'm near the bottom. Even people that have given up and have Costa and Luiz in their teams are beating me.
I didn't see much of the Bournemouth game but when Tammy came on I got the same feeling as I did briefly at Burnley, that Tammy and Bony could be a good attacking force together once Bony gets up to speed. I think you have to play Olsson and Carroll down the left to get the balls across as in last season's Liverpool game, but I see Wilfy being a good set up man for Tammy. Ayew still hasn't done anything for me to justify his inclusion but I'm more than happy for him to prove me wrong.
At my hospital appointment this morning, the consultant told me I had to lose some weight before I have surgery. He said, 'Don't eat anything fatty'. 'You mean like butter and cheese?' He replied, 'No, fatty, I mean don't eat ANYTHING!'
I have some SACD 's that I have never played. I have 2 Sony blu ray players that will play these CD's but I'm thinking that I will need to buy a 5:1 set of speakers and a suitable amp/receiver to get the best out of them. Has anyone got any ideas ? I'll be looking to buy on ebay.
Reading about Mr Sumbler inspired me to have a go myself.
Began 10th July. 86.4kg. Just over 13st 8lb.
Today 26th July. 81kg. Just over 12st 10lb.
I have half a red grapefruit for breakfast and have cut out bread (although I'll have the occasional wholemeal sandwich) pasta, crisps, chocolate, potatoes and alcohol (only used to have a glass of red wine with my meal anyway) and that's it. I have also forgone any cake/biscuits that I'd eat with one of my 5 coffees a day. I have a bad hip so any exercise has been out so it's all down to those carbs. I've also noticed that I can now walk easier and with a lot less pain. Going to continue for another couple of weeks until the Southampton game.
What I'm trying to say is if you're thinking of losing a few pounds just have a go at this. Easy to do.
