As long as he drinks his milk there he should come back as Smythe.

Easier from Heathrow, if you're looking to patronise the fella.

He was only on for the last 8 minutes, but he made an impact. First touch, he burned his full back, who was given a yellow card for fouling him. Second touch, he nodded on a long ball and the same man brought him down from behind as he headed on goal. Red card, got off lightly. He could be a sensation at that level.

Yeah. If he'd come on earlier Stanley might have forced a tying goal. Which, TBH, was no less than they deserved. Derby looked very average, even when they had the advantage of an extra man.

I think it will be really good for him as we are not playing him.

Hopefully score a few goals and comeback full of confidence.

He is definitely a good little player with bags of potential. A good run of games will really help him, bit also help us in seeing how he will slot into future plans. Think he may become a key part of the jigsaw next year as we cut the wage bill again, either as a player or an asset to be sold on for a profit.

Never knowingly understood

More or less what I was thinking as we will be very skint next year.

I'd hope we can keep him for at least a year or so, otherwise it'll be a case of "Paulie we 'ardly knew ya!" Same applies to our other youngsters.

Accrington Stanley manager sounded like a 10 year old afterwards.

Because of "2 bad decisions" - come on to those in a moment - he has 'fallen out of love with football" - oh deary me, you lost a game - get over it.

Said Moss would go back to his "£150 - £200K job in the Premier League" and that he "hoped Derby did well in the rest of the cup, but I don't think they will"

The two "bad" decisions.

The 2 yellow cards, were yellow cards all day long and tomorrow as well - both were fouls carried out with both feet off the ground , launched at distance and late - both could have been reds.

Also laughably claimed the foul on little Smith was inside the box - it wasn't. Moss also correctly showed Derby player straight red for DOGSO - which even Lampard admitted was correct.

Yep, couldn’t for the life of me see what he was complaining about, the first tackle in particular was nasty.

I didnt think the second yellow was warranted. I also thought Stanley were hard done by as they were far the better team in the second half even with ten men. Derby only had 3 efforts on target.

I’ve just seen MOTD and ref gave the correct decisions.

Think Smyth will do really well up there... was only on for a few minutes and looked a handful

If we need to sell Smyth next year then we really are in trouble financially.

Have to disagree - fail to see how it wasn't 'reckless'
