Never had this in my life but just had an alert from offish to say I have got to un register for auto cup ties.
Ive never registered in the first place, why should i have to un register before Monday or pay up.
Just to finish the day I get a new paycard through despite being told twice on the phone and 3 times by e mail that my season ticket will be loaded on my old card.! ( I didnt need it Saturday as I moved seats for the game so no idea wether it would have worked).
Certainly not encouraging people to go.

I didn't get the email, but I was looking on the offish earlier about Oxford tickets and I saw the piece saying that you had to opt out, rather than opt in, to the auto cup-tie ticket option. Tried to follow the instructions, but they just don't work. I might possibly go to the game anyway, if I'm in town, but I'd like it to be my own choice, rather than get billed for a ticket automatically. All very odd. |  | | |

The instructions talk about a "Cup Tie Scheme" when there is no such thing. There is a "Cup Ticket Scheme" and all it says in mine is 'There are currently no members registered in the Cup Ticket Scheme'. I hate this sh!t. |  |

Same here. After 20 minutes of fukcing about I think I did it. In the end it said nothing was set up. So I don't really know if I'm enrolled or not. Anyway try this....
Log on to qpr.co.uk
At the bottom of the screen you'll see there bars in a black box. Tap this and select tickets.
This will then take you to the match tickets site. It then says to buy tickets select "here".
Tap "here" and this will take you to your liked accounts. Click "here" again and and this will take you to the purchase ticket page.
Still following???
Once at the ticket purchase page. On the top tool bar tap the "person" icon (looks like a small head and shoulders)
At the bottom of the page it says "view account menu", tap this.
Under Ticketing menus tap "cup ticket scheme". You should then see if your enrolled or not.
Mine said there are no member registered to the scheme. Nothing on how to opt out or equally opt in. Looks like a 30 minute call to the box office on Monday. What a load of bollks |  | | |

Like the rest of you, got the email, tried following the instructions to see whether I was registered or not, and they made no sense. An email today, Friday, telling me I had until 9am on Monday to opt out.

Like all had the same. However, I had been in the scheme a few years ago. So, when I checked I noted that it was using my Oz c/c instead of my UK debit card. Quickly changed that. I'll be going but it was good they alerted me to this as I would have been slugged with exchange rate stuff, etc had they not. |  | | |

My guess (hope) is that its a really badly worded email and instead you only need to contact them to opt-out if you've previously been opted in, rather than everyone being opted in automatically and having to opt back out again.

I had to read the offy article 3 times to get it.
I THINK what they are saying is that if you were in the away cup tie scheme in 19/20, then you need to opt out separately from your 21/22 ST registration/renewal, if you don't want to be in it for 21/22.
Otherwise you don't need to do anything.
As I say, wouldn't have a strong argument with anyone about it, but I think that's what they are saying. | | | |

Just logged on, and as mentioned above the instructions are incorrect, ( see earlier post for correct log on proceedure.
I received email from club, ( which appreciate) prompting me to check my card details, as they probably out of date, they were).
Once I updated card details It confirmed I am still in the cup ticket scheme.
Someone at Club needs to sort out log on to web site, as their are currently two entrance points to club site, not helpful . | | | |

I think I opted out as I will go to all home cup games if I can but being opted in also carried a £3.50 booking fee, would rather go to the box office pre match and buy a ticket as I dont think seats will be hard to get unless we get one of the top teams | |

i had the opposite for the mk dons cup game a while back, 3-4 loss. i was in the auto cup scheme (this guarantees your play off seat if needed0 ANYWAY unknown to me my debit card failed to go thru when the club wanted the money, no one contacted me, no email so i turn up match day, no entry , my seat was sold and i was in a panic queue to get one of the few tickets left. | | | |

I've got the same problem as you. I read and re-read the email a million times on Friday and then, after numerous attempts, got to the right place where I get the "there are no members registered to the scheme" message. And there's no way to change it even though I'd like to be in it.
I then sat on hold for half an hour on Friday until I got to Position 2 before it cut me off.
Sat on it for another 30 minutes trying and failing to speak to someone then gave up. Finally, I sent an email.
Got a shitty, badly written auto-reply saying they couldn't answer "because covid".

"Eligible" means "In".

All I know is that the deadline for opting in/out of ST's is today.
Presumably they can't star selling tickets until they know about the SY seats.
In other news, the club did write back to me today but just re-iterated the same instructions which don't work; I can see my status as being non-enrolled but can't do anything about it.
Oh well, I might take the opp to go and sit in Ellerslie for a bit of variety. | |
