It is a funny old game... I went to the League One playoff final between Brentford and Yeovil Town in 2013. Yeovil won 2-1 and were playing in the Championship the following season... Brentford had to pick themselves up and start all over again in League One.
Fast forward 8 years and Brentford won promotion to the Premier League whilst Yeovil were plying their trade in the National League... talk about a reversal of fortunes


That’s a great example of how things can change very quickly so enjoy it while it lasts but don’t crow about it.
