Why on earth would we change to a 442 and drop players like Dieng and de Wijs? We've had one of our best ever starts to a season and are unbeaten. We're playing a formation and system that's working, that fits our players' abilities and that they know and understand.

The foundations of this squad was designed for Warbs' preferred 4231.
This summer it was tweaked for the 3421 / 3412 / 343 that served us so well in the second half of last season...but, as Adomah's recent impressive cameos have shown, we can still return to 4231 and adapt with relative ease when required.
But yeh, we nearly lost our unbeaten record in mid-September, so let's rip it up and go with a formation we haven't ever used under Warburton...oh and drop the best keeper in the league while we're at it. |  |
