My last dream was Dykes hatrick and win
by numptydumpty at 19:10 25 Apr 2024

Well he scored and we won one nil

This dream is we have a pen in last minute to draw 4 all with Leeds

Armstrong hits the bar , it rebounds back and twenty five yards out on the volley overhead Cook thunders the ball into the net

My last dream worked although the dramatic nature was slightly reduced but outcome was good

It WILL happen again

Supporting QPR businesses

Deluxe Coffeeworks on Shepherds Bush Rd opposite the police station. I saw it walking up from Hammersmith station on the way to a meeting.

Nice little coffee bar, I clocked the QPR badge on their machine. Turns out the place is run by a bunch of QPR fans from the local area, young guys. Decent coffee - give them a try.

I'm.thinking we need Coventry to still be interested when they paly Blackburn on Saturday, so we want a Coventry win? They play Ipswich next Weds so they can lose that one.

Marti-His Part in our Victory-match thread vs Weeds
by SouthAfricanRanger at 10:58 24 Apr 2024

Will give this another go if ok even with hot favourites Leeds in town.

St George’s Day there, ANZAC day here tomorrow in Aus and NZ- so we keep the spirit of no surrender till we safe.

Heart 2 1 to us, head 0-2. A draw will be victorious.

For those going, give our lads that extra salvo of energy.

When you’re old the old Hampstead’s need a bit of care, rather than go to Turkey for the full set I booked a hygienist for a half hour clean up, only £70 but she had a patch on her eye & a cutlass.
Thanks NHS

Gateshead
by stowmarketrange at 20:56 23 Apr 2024

Poor old Gateshead have been denied their place in the national league playoffs because of their ground not being acceptable to the league. They’ve been playing there for years and nobody has complained. They get within a few games of entering the efl and they’re robbed of their chance of promotion.
I certainly don’t think the stadium is any worse than the Withdean used to be.The usual stitch up of the smallest clubs by the authorities.

Heard a few people suggesting we all wear them in the away end at Coventry.

Anyone know where to buy them? Me & my son are up for buying a couple.
If Wednesday or Birmingham lose this weekend & we're safe then I think that's a brilliant idea to wear one & celebrate.
If not, it might be helpful to hide behind rather than watch the match!!

Old Collectibles

I've begun clearing my mum's house, starting with stuff I'd left here over the years.

I'm sure if you've had to do such a thing, it's an emotional roller coaster ride through your life. Cards from my first birthday; pictures; reports my mum kept. I've stumbled upon ticket stubbs and programmes.

I'm currently looking at a stub, and I don't recall going to the game. 20 April 1986...mustn't have been that important of a game. That said, I seem to have been at Anfield the month prior!

Interested to see if there is a market for this stuff or do I bring it home and frame them.
