So England can’t meet Spain or Argentina until at least the semi final stage, and can’t meet France until the final.
With Spain and Argentina being one & two in the rankings, they’ll be put into opposite sides of the draw. France & England being three & four in the rankings, they’re also into opposite sides of the draw.
What odds on all four being in the semifinals?

It's always been a bit like that though, if you are seeded and win your group you are unlikely to face another seed until the quarter finals at the earliest
It's quite rare for all of the top 4 seeds to make it to the semi finals anyway, you usually get at least one sometimes 2 surprise teams |  | | |
