"The opposite of love, after all, is not hate, but indifference."

Just got around to this.

What does he say/mean at the end? "Look after the players get the (sounds like) loadings right."

If we sack him, I will see if he wants to work in our transport department.

think he means not 'loading' them with too much work so they don't burn out.
He made the point the other week that chair was playing every game and in one, (possibly Preston?) you could look at his stats and his number of sprints were significantly down on his usual, so it's a sign he's fatigued.
At the moment, only Dickie and Barbet are playing every minute of every game. Kane must be close, but does get subbed fairly often. Everyone else is being constantly rotated for freshness. Austin and Johansen are the only other 100% starters, but Austin is subbed pretty much every game, and Johansen has only started doing 90s more recently.
Interesting stuff actually.

Bare bones.

Isn’t this what what Burnley were/are really good at? In their last promotion season they only used 18 players or something like that by using sports science to monitor player performance. Means you can get more out of players and allows teams to use smaller squads but with a higher quality of player.

Poll: Expectations for this season?
