Taking my daughter to see the training session today. It's a lot more organised than last time, have to be at the hotel for 9 am and get bussed to the complex as Sheikh owned land. There is then 30 minutes for pictures and autographs eat before the players do an hour and half session. I don't imagine they will work on anything ground breaking but it's not open to everyone. Had to sign up this time which is good. There will be about 20 Dubai R's there. Will post when back |  | | |  |

Just home. Started like a complete nightmare as their is a 3 day Tri athlete event at the moment so every road leading to the hotel (Meydan) was shut. Eventually managed to get the police to let us through then dodge the cyclists.
Due to the mess up getting there the schedule changed, was due to be like a meet the players get signatures etc then watch train, ended up being other way round.
Training was ok what would you would expect nothing earth shattering obviously a very light day, Adel didn't train, Sandro not out here and neither is Caulker or Isla. The young CB who is out is massive but still very raw. Furlong was very humble.
Got some great pictures of my 5 month old with the players and the most chatty were Sir Les, Charlie, Clint and Joey.
About 30 Dubai R's managed to turn up and get to the day which was a good turn out. | | | |

Adel has a groin issue so was in the gym, can only assume Caulker injured.
Plenty of drink out here but not like last time players have been together the whole time, they did the races last night.
I would imagine they have been worked hard but today in front of people the drills were very basic. Everyone full of praise for Ramsey.
Sir Les still looks like he could do a job. Dunne out for 9 more weeks knee was heavily strapped up. All in all it was abit like an the old open days. Once finally got there it was a good morning. | | | |

If Dunne is injured but still out there then why wouldn't Caulker also be there, I wonder?
