The Anchor, Bankside might be worth looking at. Pretty sure they’ve got an outside eating area. Nice location overlooking the river too. |  | | |

So many connotations such as budget, cuisine preference, party size etc.
In Soho I would've said Balans on Old Compton but I think that has sadly gone.
Always loved an outside table there for a bit of people watching - if not you could try Cafe Boheme further up and bang across the road from The Three Greyhounds
Place of choice around Piccadilly until last week was Nessa - good outdoor tables there and got the Leicester Arms and Glassblower in falling distance plus The Devonshire if you want to join the massive crowds always there.
Sadly we've just moved office so I'll not be frequenting them anymore
Just off the Strand I had a decent couple of pints and a burger in The Wellington last week before going to The Sinatra Show.
Not sure you can book a table there outside though.
Holborn a bit of a wasteland now IMHO.
There's a Nicholsons on the Kingsway and a Wetherspoon on High Holborn but a bit cat with minimal outside.
Loads of gaffs around Covent Garden with outdoor dining but again all depends on budget etc. I did notice last week that Sushi Samba was doing well in the Plaza but that is proper toppy price wise. If I was heading round there I'd be going to Tuttons but that's not a boozer.
Apologies can't really think of a pub that is a pure pub and does decent grub where you can actually book an outside table | |

What about the Bleeding Heart Pub/Bistro, Greville Street EC1 (not a million miles from Holborn). It’s got a 60-seat terrace apparently.

Even though I think the guy who runs it is a melt, I believe The Devonshire has a terrace.
Elysee on Percy Street has a roof terrarce. Was very popular when I worked nearby for work lunches, but I went off it as I saw some well dodge stuff there ("randoms" joining tables to chat and racking up huge bills, once saw them trying to drag a punter who complained into the basement to give him a shoeing) |  | | |

Princess Louise between Holborn and Tottenham Court Road. Proper pub, but not sure about food as only ever been there for beers. |  |
