A matter of routine - Report
Very enjoyable report. Unusually, I have fairly different marks for our players than you. I thought we were sloppy in possession, created fairly little, were under constant attack but looked comfortable just because Stoke were so poor. I completely agree that we played in third gear and that it's great to win away while only in third gear but overall I wouldn't rank it as a good performance.
My marks, FWIW:
Dickie 6, De Wijs 7, Barbet 6;
Kakay 7, Johansen 8, Chair 6, Willock 6 (Bonne 82, -), Wallace 6;
Dykes 7, Austin 6.

Excellent writing, Theodore. Really enjoyed reading it all.
Phil Nutt, by the way, was held in high esteem by many R's fans I know. Seemed to have a fine career ahead of him but did his cruciate only a few weeks after that Derby goal.
Wells' handy strike sinks Leeds in London again - Report
Hugely enjoyable piece, Jordan. Lovely style.
Agree with your MOTM. On the aggregate ratings you're five higher than me which is only half a point a player, and I think I might have been too exacting yesterday.
QPR's secret Japanese weapon, via Newcastle – interview
Reaffirming. Thanks, Clive.
Fascinating in the context of Rangers' turnaround, but I can't be the only one here who read this and wished that people at work would believe that this outlook is not naivety but utterly necessary for success.
The key concept here is that people work better when they feel valued. It's key to how I conduct my dealings in our local GAA club, and while it has often been construed by some as rampant and naive idealism, I stick to it as a firm belief, a tenet of how human beings should be treated, whether you goal is respect, success or both.
I just wish I could be as convincing as Steve Black.
But reading this helps.

Excellent piece as ever, Clive. Lilke Dave, though, I'm rightly nervous after reading it.
Mastant - 'Fantasy Island' is our nickname for a QPR message board, WATRB, which can often, shall we say, contain posts full of wild transfer rumours and match predictions. Some of its posters have caused trouble in the past with their odd ramblings, though many are sound and decent.
No offence was meant to Derby or its fans, I can assure you.
