A longstanding dale fan, great sense of humour - enjoyed reading his posts on here - he whooshed so many people it was untrue. Always had the dale at heart, will be sadly missed.

Gutted, met him two years ago when he gave me a hand in a University assignment and agreed to do an interview. Sat in The Cem and chatted over a pint, seemed like a top guy, and someone who really did care a great deal for Rochdale (inside and outside of football).
