It’s certainly not gone unnoticed by some. We were discussing today how well they’re doing, something almost certainly linked to the way Coleman has built an effective, close knit squad on a small budget. I’ve never been of the opinion that clubs at our level need to spend larger amounts of money on their squads to achieve success. We’ve been the very best advert for this when challenging for the playoffs during four seasons under Keith Hill in L1.

Budgets on 20:32 - Sep 29 with 1492 views | Yorkshire_Dale | Accy have only lost once this season and doing fine in 8th place....if we are on the end of a dicking by Mr Coleman and Co on 24th November Hilly can't sight budgets as an excuse .....the trouble is in this League any team can beat any other team "on it's day"
Budgets on 20:37 - Sep 29 with 1469 views | 442Dale | Noticeable that today was their first clean sheet. The difference is that when they concede one it doesn’t then quickly turn into 3/4.

Budgets on 20:43 - Sep 29 with 1447 views | smaclad1 | Had been thinking earlier when I heard that Salford had gone top of the Conference, that Accy have progressed the right way, and not had a fortune spent in turning unsustainable clubs like Fleetwood, Salford and Fylde into 'successes' which could very well evaporate when the money men pull out. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

Yep...think Rushden & Diamonds.

It's difficult to say how many they might concede until they've played the top teams. We've played 4 of them! They play Doncaster on Tuesday who are currently 3rd. If we concede 3-4 against Bristol Rovers the same night then fair enough.

Yes, but that’s all in the future. So far they’ve proven to be a resilient side who clearly know how to get results. That’s without any comparison to ourselves.
