Dreadful first half. I expected a bit more urgency from Saints with Still having gone but guess I should have known better. We don't carry a goal threat and whenever we do get forward, bodies just aren't there & we're easily snuffed out by QPR's defence. That's what happens when you play a defensive formation like we are.
Leo is the only decent player in a Saints shirt tonight... again. I feel sorry for the fella what with the sh1t around him. He must get so frustrated it's untrue.
I hope I'm wrong, I really do, but I've seen this type of display too many times this season. We huff and puff - and then get done by a scrappy sucker punch by the opposition. This has all the hallmarks of 1-0 to the home side. | |
