Huw says he's not going to gamble on the stadium. We are expanding now as we can afford it, but anything further needs to come from surplus funds, not primary pot!

The other option would be to build the extension out of Lego... but that would be sh1t! Wouldn't want it confused with the inbreds to our East now would we?

Anyway - who's to say in the future this won't happen? Depends on our surplus funds. Not an emergency right now though is it!??
