A match sharp Renato Sanches, Sam Clucas playing less deep and an "up to speed" Roque Mesa would certainly help up the tempo in our game. However I'm not sure if we currently have enough pace in the first 11 to play counter attack football consistently.
I think our best move of the match today came from a counter attack with a good forward pass from midfield, quick link up play between Tammy Abraham and Wilfried Bony, and the pacy Luciano Narsingh providing the run. Unfortunately I can't recall many others. |  | | |
