I do not think Spew Junk-ins wants someone coming in with a shopping-list of players complete with an attitude that will not suffer fools gladly. I've been seeing it the same as you. If Jenkins has a list of players he wants to buy, by getting Clement out of the way, and not appointing a new manager. There would be no headaches having to get any manager agreement, and no target suggestion from any manager.
Just a calculated risk. It worked when he appointed Martinez, and worked when he got Monk in. Leon has shown leader potential so it's another calculated risk of putting him in charge temporarily, giving Jenkins free reign to acquire new players.
All Swans fans and every football pundit have been amazed that there was no new manager in place when Clement was sacked. It seems like another Jenkins gamble, he's now hoping that Leon will come good and get a result against Watford.
Playing with our club. He's done it before and got away with it but this time the stakes are higher, it is Russian roulette and he's risking everything for his own ego.
They should be approaching Louis van Gaal imo and offer him big money just to come here for this season to try and save us. Also offer him a good pot of money for some real good transfers.
