Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

Who, in your opinion, will eventually make the better manager? on 20:51 - Oct 31 with 848 views
In his early years at least I can see Lampard being the beneficiary of advice from the close network that surrounds him - Frank Snr, Harry and so on. When times get a little tough he will be able to lean on them and call on the massive experience that they have in the game. I don’t see that Gerrard has the same network. Longer term, well who knows.
If I was a player I think I would rather work under Lampard as he seems to possess a personality that can help bring people up to the next level. Gerrard in the other hand seems dour and one dimensional.
Lampard has long been regarded as one of the more intelligent players out there whereas Gerrard, to be honest, hasn't.
Think Frankie may have the edge.
Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.

One has taken over a big team in a poor league, the other a fair sized team in a very competitive league and is doing better, I'd say, relatively speaking.
Lamps seems sharper, brighter, cleverer. He gets my vote.

Based on what I have seen so far, Lampard seems to have adjusted much better into taking Derby further into their progression and he is delivering in the Championship rather than the inferior Scottish League ðŸ‘ðŸ‘💪💪

The real problem for Gerrard is he is at Rangers, lack of cash and a shit league.
