Jenkins Dineen Morgan on 22:15 - Jul 9 by londonlisa2001 | No. He owns no shares in the club any longer. HJ owns 5% and MM owns 2.5%. |
So other than the Trust and the two Yanks who own the other shares?

That’s not strictly true is it His proceeds from the sale were used to buy a business ...or two

i'm sure he stated that his father and brother took the proceeds, and he took control of the family business?

What incentive did they have to retain a small shareholding? Just to continue watching games from the directors box? Sentimentality? Edit: HJ and MM I mean. [Post edited 9 Jul 2019 22:35]

Yes which equates to him utilising his money from the club sale to buy the family business outright

Well the Yanks kept them on as chairman and vice chairman so where do you think they should have watched the games from? *Edit. You’ve edited. [Post edited 9 Jul 2019 22:37]

I’m talking fact Gary not making up stories. If there was a tweet where he had said that I would have put it on here. In fact seeing as I’ve just searched twitter if there had been one I would have put it on here tonight.

I've already stated that maybe it wasn't a tweet, but it was definitely posted by one of him or one of his or 'fans' usernames' on here. Basically it was stated that " Leigh took no monies from the sale of the club, the cash went to his father and brother, and in return Leigh took control of the family business" There is no way on earth that i could get that wrong.

Jenkins Dineen Morgan on 00:03 - Jul 10 with 1104 views | Jacket | Since resigning as director of the Swans, he's set up two companies himself Domolly Limited and Bars Etc Limited, also set up James Court Holdings Limited with other family members and was part of a group who took control of Gower Brewing Company Limited. Now this would suggest that cash has come in from somewhere. Could have been a surge in profits in the Vending Machine empire, could have been investing the salary received from the club. However, the timing of his involvement with these busineses in the months following his stepping down as a director here would be consistent with someone who's investing after coming into cash, possibly from the sale of shares in a football club. The shareholding in the club is a matter of public record. It’s all on companies house website. And the ‘two yanks’ aren’t the shareholders - the shareholding is owned by Swansea Football LLC in which the ‘two yanks’ have some degree of ownership, but no one knows how much as that’s not public.

Jenkins Dineen Morgan on 21:37 - Jul 9 by Garyjack | I'm sure he won't, but i remember him stating somewhere on twitter, that he received no money from the sale, and instead took control of the family business and retained a 1% stake. Presumably so that he could afford all directorship perks on matchdays? |
He received no cash? Surely that can't be right, I thought he purchased that Gower Brewing Company using some of the funds from sale. Or am I completely barking up wrong tree.

I used the term two loosely I couldn’t be arsed to name the 28. It says on the official site that they own 68% and if my maths are right that leaves 3.4% unaccounted for. Are you saying the Trust doesn’t know where the other 3.4% is or are you saying the Yanks own more than 68% but nobody really knows?

Jenkins Dineen Morgan on 08:48 - Jul 10 with 869 views | swancity | I’m surprised and saddened that they alll appear to continue their involvement it seems in various guises then. Hanging around like a piece of old Shyte stuck to the side of a toilet pan. And it makes the pending legal action more intricate surely ?
