The only thing that spoilt it, like a bad cross between Keyardiff and Valleys. Very difficult to understand, English people must be asking for subtitles. |  |

A good actor can do any accent. People always seem to struggle with the welsh accent though, it always sounds Indian. |  |

I find it surprising how bad a lot of actors are at accents.
Very few American actors can do a believable British accent of any type (Renee Zellweger in Bridget Jones was one of the few that they could pass for being British). I imagine it’s the same the other way round for Americans (although I know that many were surprised to hear some actors, like Idris Elba after the Wire, and Hugh Laurie after House were British).
But that Welsh accent in a White House Farm is dreadful - it makes it almost unwatchable. And he’s a good actor. | | | |
