I don't think it's light years behind. It's representtative of society. Look how far the Swans have come yet we still have some nuggets who feel obliged to hurl racist abuse or cause trouble. Embarrassingly many of them seem to be in my age (50+) group! But they are on the decline and things are much better than in the hooligan 'golden years' though obviously some other countries, like Russia, still have huge problems. | |
