I suspect that from a Federal perspective not a great deal will happen, despite all the mutterings about Hilary Clinton, “lock her up” etc DT and the Republicans never went after her and she was never locked up - maybe she didn’t have a case to answer and it was just shenanigans? No doubt some of the Democrats will also still be livid about the Russian interference investigation etc and will try to get to the bottom of that, but Biden could try to keep the lid on things in an attempt to “heal the nation.”
On a New York Sate front, I suspect the position may be different and if the DA’s team feel they have got a case they will take him on. I asked how is he guilty of any of those things in the OP. The OP which is stating he should go to prison on various charges.
In response to my question the poster said “his companies went bankrupt” then likened it to illegal practices, to which I corrected him on.
If you don’t think he has done anything illegal either then just say. You won’t lose forum points. This isn’t a “all the things I don’t like about Trump” thread, this is a thread on what Biden is going to do about alleged criminal activity in the OP.
