I keep reading term and it's clear it's a form of abuse as to be right wing is wrong and naturally left wing is right, which makes one wonder just to how screwed this country is when people are so prejudiced.People dimissed as demons-out of site- because they do not follow the line -which is left.

Right.
What is Centre right, when its at home. If right right worse but not as bad as left right.

Right, somebody explain that clustercrap to me.

It burns your retina to see such shute

Which is why I started this thread;to illustate the utter lunacy of branding people and dismissing them because their views are seen as somehow "right wing".

Like Class ,never be branded Folks.Seriously.

People can be put into broad socio economic groups and labelled as such, the same goes if they have extreme views.I'm sure you have already labelled me for my views and I you.

Adolf Hitler was considered right wing.

There was a fairly major war, and the right wing lost.
Lost Bigly, some might say ?

There is no place for right wing hate politics in civilised progressive modern democracies.
But Johnson, Mogg, Farage and Trump are having a go.

Happy to help Perch.

Churchill, FDR and CDG were left or right?

Pol Pot
Chairman Mao
Mussolini
North Korean Kim Dynasty
Stalin

That’s without even getting to the topic of the Socialist Party of Germany in the 1930’s and 40’s.

It’s a very very dangerous list that those of today would love us to forget their clear leftist connections. Many may... those that know, won’t.

A dynasty is just that, it's neither right nor left. Mussolini was fascist, although some say he was left wing, but he was a Nationalist

You do realise that you can be a nationalist swinging either to the left or right .Not sure what you mean by dynasty, Stalin, Mao Zedong nor Hitler passed on power to their siblings so their power trips weren't thankfully passed on

Eh? I can only assume you are misunderstanding the word dynasty. A dynasty means a generational family rule, it has no impact on being left or right. The Kim dynasty happens to be a leftist political dynasty.

Mussolini was a fascist yes. Just like most fascists, he was left wing.

I still don’t think you are getting it. Being left or right has no bearing on being a dynasty. A dynasty can be any political persuasion. The Kim dynasty is of a leftist nature.

As for Hitler and his socialist party, I can give more than one leftist policy. They believed in free health care and guaranteed jobs. They confiscated inherited wealth and spent vast sums on public education. They purged the church from public policy. The Nazis supported abortion, euthanasia, and gun control.

They loathed the free market, provided very generous pensions for the elderly, and maintained a strict racial quota system in their universities. They also led the world in organic farming and alternative medicine.

Put it this way. If Biden and Harris had Democrat opposition that put these policies in place, the democrats would be dancing in the streets and falling over themselves to vote.

They supported the free market, private industry did very well under the NAZIs . Gun control was actually loosened not tightened. They supported Eugenics, Women were not encouraged into the workplace, they banned trade unions and workers representation. They weren't very strong on racial equality either - i would have thought that obvious

Doesn't seem very left wing to me

It won’t seem very left wing if you change reality to what you want to change it to, no.

But unfortunately what you change reality to, doesn’t affect the actual reality in the slightest.

Nazi ideology was also based heavily on the collective rather than the individual and absolutely obsessed with what we’d call today identity politics. I certainly wouldn’t describe them as socialist, that would be a huge stretch but they have a lot in common with the left as we know them today.

I don't know about that. His idea of the state isn't ours. He didn't permit groups such as trade unions, communists, Jews etc He was all for the state, but it wasn't inclusive

He persecuted many groups as we know and was all for ethic Germans at the expense of all others, he wasn't an internationalist, but a nationalist

Their entire argument on their rise to power was that the ethnic German person was being systemically and institutionally oppressed and held down by the people who held the power, principally the Weimar Republic and the Jews. So their policy was to correct this perceived injustice so the German people could break off their shackles.

It’s identity politics to the nth degree. Claim systemic oppression to a particular group then create policies that benefit or harm people based entirely on what group they belong to with their inherent characteristics in order to adjust a perceived or imagined injustice.

Spot on again. This is what Loh and I noticed when Anfifa and BLM were marching round the streets looking for the public to interrogate regarding who they are and what they believe. Huge similarities between the Chinese Red Army and the Hitler youth of the 20’s and 30’s.
