The streets are full of people who have had enough of the Communist regime.
Bernie Sanders is angry at the Trump administration's sanctions against Cuba for provoking this. Many Democrats are trying to make out the protests are about lack of Corona Virus vaccine...when the crowds are shouting for freedom and waving American flags.
Biden said nothing on the subject until a Cuban Republican shamed him into responding...

Italian Fascists and German Nazis are usually labelled “right wing” in school text books and fascists consider Left wingers as there natural enemies. But if you dig deep the roots of fascism are part of a socialist/communist state as the Mussolini example has been given.

They both have universal health care. it's funded and organised differently to ours, but they have a National health scheme. The only modern country not to have them are the US and S Africa.
