The Gates Foundation are far from perfect, but are doing far more for health, especially for women and children in sub-Saharan Africa than most of the world's governments. Just as we have cut our ODA spending, others have never contributed in the same way. Neither Obama or Trump governments were the best supporters of this (Bush was, and has been openly praised by Gates for this support).
If you want to know the truth about the issues in West Africa, I would suggest looking up the work of Peter Aaby who led. much of this work going far back prior to any Gates involvement. For, as yet an unknown reason, there has been a negative outcome in terms of mortality for a number of vaccines in girls. These are not new or experimental vaccines in the main, things like DPT widely used with success in the west and in Asia. Great results in boys-but this anomaly in girls. The only Gates involvement was later on where this phenomenon was also seen with a trail malaria vaccine. Successful in boys and whilst it reduced malaria as a cause of death in girls, again this anomalous result. Aaby is still trying to determine why. Indeed two had committed suicide, one drowned, one due to malaria and another from a snake bite. There was some local criticism of the trial, though pretty unsubstantiated. I did not say Mullis rubished the test, he said repeat the cycles enough times and you can find anything, I also didn't say he was talking about COVID when everybody knows he was talking about HIV and viruses in general.
I also answered your "what is the alternative to PCR" more than once.
I said the Science says, along with Fauci that the PCR test when used with over 30 cycles, when most countries were and still are using up to 45 cycles is not accurate and does not necessarily find the COVID19 Virus.
The Science (actual studies and not guesses by you) says under 28 cycle is accurate. and finds viable viruses especially down around the 20 cycles.
So I said use the PCR test with a maximum of 30 cycles, which is exactly what the US CDC now specifies for testing Vaccinated people.
