It is two months since the Luton incident. The perpetrator has come forward and been interviewed. I have found no evidence of any action being taken to date.
Legal things can move slowly of course or has this been forgotten about after an initial high profile indignation. Of course many of these people may have 'issues' of one form or another. |  |

Some people need something to bleat about 
Flashberry, if there are genuine racist incidents and people don't feel comfortable calling stewards, what should they do? There's a woman sits next to us with 2 kids, one a teenage girl and her 10 year old son. Should she front up to a racist or report it?
Not everyone is happy to front up to a problem and they need some way of reporting it. It doesn't mean it's woke nonsense. Hasn't yesterdays nonsense shown that this is needed? | |

A lot of very helpful people contact us every day. I don’t read all the messages, but I do have a few to reply to. Overall I think we have a harmonious website these days, and far different to what it was. And by that I mean the deterioration after Phil left in those few months before we took over.
On those that continue to use divisive comments ( it’s laughable when they then become the innocent victims when challenged ) to undermine any website regardless, they are just a few sad acts and cannot be considered friends of any website they post on. I was sent a link to a thread from last night. And that proves my point entirely. I’m told that has now been removed. But the way it turned out displays the way alleged innocent comments about this website are designed to cause issues. The damage will always be attempted by the few, both Phil and I have our own private discussions on this matter. We both agree, they are pathetic, lonely and tbh a completely different tact will now be used to confront them if it continues.
I have personally given up caring about who says what, I have to say though, the fact it continues after fifteen months is one of the most pathetic efforts I’ve seen in a very long time. Being nice clearly doesn’t work. | |

I will not bombard anyone with anything. I will simply point out verbal sheep slurs against Welsh people is actually illegal and classed as "aggravated racial disorderly conduct" which could in some circumstance end up with a custodial sentence.
Those who condone it support racism and certainly do not support a "zero tolerance " approach. The same people call out east Europeans doing the same sort of thing, demanding harsh action.
Because of historical influences sheep slurs are not seen as serious as other forms of racism. Welsh people in works situations have to laugh it off so as not to lose sales contracts or affect promotion prospects. | |
