The vaccines still reduce transmission, but you seem unable to fathom this. In fact, in most infections we would be lauding the efficacy against transmission as well as the undoubted disease reduction.

He discharged himself becasue the food all tasted the same and the Dr's were whispering about him apparently. That's after he was back on a normal ward after being discharged from ICU. He's only 53 and certainly not overweight. His business is still closed.
