The logical position is that Drakeford didn’t break any rules and that Johnson may well have so there’s both an enquiry and police investigation.
That’s not just logical but the absolute reality.

The logical position is that if the enquiry and police investigation finds that Boris did not break the rules then you will treat this matter the same way you treat Drakeford's...but you have already admitted that you won't do that and have reserved the right to move the goalposts.

I’ve said it’s my opinion that Johnson broke the rules but if the investigation(s) find that he didn’t I’ll have to go with that.
