Basic working life

We are now in the realms of cliches.
We found the money to buy Fisher
We can and should recall decent lads we loaned out and work with them instead of doing what Martin does and dump them.
Martin does not work with what he has .

He can only work with what he has. The thing is, all my evidence is gleaned form matchdays and that evidence doesn't say very much good.
There are signs, moments, a great half here and there but over all we are far too inconsistent, too error prone which has a lot to do with our style, tactics and strategy and simply not having players good enough everywhere on the pitch.
The owners are giving him time so we'll have to wait and see. I'll moan on here but inside the ground I'll still get behind the team, that or say nothing at all. | |

Once the chances of promotion were gone the US people pulled the l plug and settled for a mid table position this year. This was probably agreed between Silverstein and Allen and passed on the Martin.
Only priority positions were filled. Hamer, Smith are getting on and Dhanda has not cut it. The club need s to find a solution for Fulton to recover some of his wages.
Around 10 players as re off the books on loan saving around £500,000 in wages and all getting good game time. Hopefully 3 or 4 can make the grade and be in the squad for preseason. Whittaker and Cullen need to press their case. Benda, Garrick Cooper O and B appear t be impressing and improving. New deals for Hamer and Smith would seem to me, be regressive steps.
There will be a galaxy of free agents in the summer. Hopefully the club are on the case. |  |

This would mean resorting to 4.4.2 or 4.5.1 and playing the players in their natural positions to first shore up the defence then push on to develop a team capable of winning more matches away from home
Also feel he needs to swallow his pride and drop Fisher ( I would say Grimes, but that will not happen)

He would save his sinking reputation with a little honesty.
"Ive got it wrong.I want to play a certain way,a high press game starting from the keeper .
I realise I have made mistakes and that I wont be able to get in the ideal players I want .
I know the fans want wins and I am going to get them "
