Bringing flares fireworks to football grounds is illegal and any one cought is liable to a 3 month custodial sentence

A young lad got severe burns on his hands recently. There is also the issue of Stadium fires. After the Bradford incident most stadiums are modern. However if Swansea get an away cup tie Mr Flare could be liable to mass manslaughter charges if it resulted in a stadium tragedy away at Froome Utd.
