It’s no rumour, it’s fact.
The more astute among us would have noticed he barely got a look in at the end of the season. Dropped from the squad and benched in equal measures.

We had shifted virtually 13k tickets as per around 17/18th May last year but around appx 700 of those tickets were not sold leaving around 12,200 tickets actually sold as of appx May 23rd last year.
We have sold more tickets in readiness for next season, sold being the key word. |

One of they key motivators to get him back to training such is his dislike for Martin was Liam Walsh. Apparently Liam is extremely close to Pato and is a good influence with him.
Obafemi and Pato are the same sort of person. Oba also refused to train when he didn’t get his move. The club moved to make excuses for them both regarding ‘state of mind, being in the wrong frame of mind’ etc etc
But the reality is they just don’t get on with him and have no issue in backing down from playing or training duties as a result. Very unprofessional of course, but there are two sides to every story. Piroe is of their way of thinking too, he is just far too professional to act upon it in that way.
