He has had some sparkling moments for us especially before Christmas. Then his head grew and he developed mental illness (stress, depression) because we didn’t offer him more money.

I only recall Garry Monk falling out Chico and then causing a split in the playing staff as a result. So that’s only really one incident, although it covered many personnel who took each side.
I’ve never known so many separate incidents between a manager and those around him before, like this season.
It’s been quite shocking. From game 1 (Piroe) to game 46 (Pato) and then all the rest in between.

Gareth Bale scored similar amounts to those combined after falling out with Zidane. To pretend it doesn’t matter and doesn’t have a negative impact however would be foolish.
Piroe is on the verge of leaving after refusing to enter new negotiations (he really does not like Martin) and Pato is probably a coin toss whether he signs again.
