Latibeaudiere's not technical or quick enough to make a proper go at fullback, and too short to be a regular centre half in a two. |
One of the best centre halves to ever walk the planet was only 5 foot 9...cannavaro...but I agree get the money and run..

Unless you think he was personally responsible for the teams results they're completely irrelevant regarding his individual form.
| Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back. |

Agreed. His form really took off in the latter stages whilst others' (Christie and a few others) fell off a cliff.

ðŸ‘ðŸ‘👠Got to applaud the reply to that, can't disagree with it. Sometimes it's better to trust your own eyes rather than what stats and figures tell you AND in this case it doesn't say a lot on the matter at hand.

Exactly and how Naughton has seemed to be in control (most of the time). PL standard of thought and reading the game is worth at least 2 metres in this league.

For sure he wasn't responsible for the whole teams results, but he was part of a defence that conceded 15 goals in their last few games, are you suggesting that the defensive capitulation we witnessed in the last few games had nothing to do with Joel ? The bottom line is IMO, he's not a very good footballer, and if we can get some money for him great, if not, let him go. Of course, other opinions are available.
