Will the upside union jack be in attendance tomorrow night ?

The reason why I ask is I was just reading that if you put a stamp with the Queen on it upside on an envelope it's treason, it's English law apparently (SirJohnalot can correct me if that is wrong) and treason carried the death penalty until fairly recently (I can't be arsed to check, just shooting the breeze on here), so the powers that be take it very seriously therefore if the Union flag is publicly flown upside during the Queens mourning period that would be seen as awful disrespectful I would guess, so even if there is writing on it like 'Swansea City' perhaps it's best that the writing be upside down and not the flag.
