There’s a few more cases in the pipeline.
As you’ve pointed out, Smartmatic are going after Fox too for about $2.7bn, it’ll be interesting to see what happens as Fox have been accused of withholding information as part of the disclosure - so I suspect Smartmatic will be all over that. What I don’t know is whether the “special master” who was appointed in by the Judge David to review the Fox disclosures will still report as the case has now been settled. If he does complete his review and does report, then if Fox has skeletons in the cupboard then I’d have thought will go after them.
Dominion are still litigating against Giuliani, Sidney Powell, Mike Lindell (the My Pillow guy) OAN and Newsmax, all of whom I’d imagine are feeling a little less comfortable after yesterdays Fox settlement. | | | |
