Harry is due to give evidence at the High Court but only set off from Los Angeles last night, after celebrating Lilbet turning two. Mr Justice Fancourt said he was 'surprised' that Harry was not available to start giving his evidence today in his case against the Mirror's publisher for alleged hacking. Harry's barrister David Sherborne explained his client was in a 'different category' because of his 'travel and security arrangements'. The duke will become the first senior royal to give evidence in a court since 1891 when he takes to the witness box. He is one of four people suing the newspaper group, which denies their claims. | |
