Delayed.
Liar’s legal team (likely paid for by us) have sent in further dodgy evidence by the sound of it.
More tax payers money wasted on this liar and fraud.

Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

Along with Blair who lied to Parliament and took us to war in Iraq.

I thought you'd won at whataboutary previously but this one is even better.

At no point have you ever critisied the Conservatives about anything. It's staggering.

Well Blair and Bush should both have been in the Hague facing a war crimes tribunal.

It's hardly relevant, unless you're indulging in whataboutery.

At least you accept that Bojo lied to Parliament and belongs in prison...along with Blair obviously

Any mention of criticism towards his beloved Tory party and his bottom lip starts quivering and his eyes fill up.

Here we go.

Obvious outcome, i wonder what the Tories have been trying to hide ?
The tax payer should not have had to fund this.

The tax payer always funds these things. Politicians won't spend their own money.

The substantive point here is that nobody should have to pay, as it should never have been taken forward given the near inevitability of the outcome.

Please try to keep up at the back of the class.

My personal view is that the public Enquiry should have everything and that it would be for the Chair to review and deem what is appropriate. When we talk about the Chair etc, we’re talking people who are highly regarded, respected and trusted not spivy politicians. My view is that politicians should be open and everything should be handed over, but that was never going to happen because in my opinion they’ve got a lot that they want to hide.

Another MP Chris Pincher , quite an apt name given the charges which he been accused has issued a grovelling statement of , yes it might have happened but I was leathered , sorry .

Do not worry that lovable scallywag , good old Bojo will be along shortly to give you a glowing reference you can add to your CV , then you end up in the House of Lords .

All brushed under the carpet , error of judgement on my part , I apologise for my actions but hey I have landed on my feet .

If Boris Johnson ever came on my telebox screen again , I would consider any statement he made a lie , how can you trust ex - leaders with that attitude I have him .

Party Politics aside , sombody needs to get hold ot the House of Commons , kick some butt and get them to clean up their act , sure the Old Boys network will be only to happy there .

Prison? For breaking covid regs, being a serial adulterer, generally useless and telling lies?

That’s a bit extreme.

I’ve registered my utter contempt for Johnson on several occasions but it is verging on a witch hunt now. He’s resigned in disgrace, he’s paid his fines. He’s stepping down as an MP. I don’t know why they are still going after him years later. All this time and money spent specifically for the purpose of metaphorically kicking Johnson in the nuts repeatedly.

Poll: We all dream of a managerial team of Alan Tates?

Manslaughter.

There are two classes of involuntary manslaughter: unlawful act manslaughter and manslaughter by gross negligence.

The later applies to Johnson and Covid.
He ignored meducal advice which is clearly grosd negligence.
Tens of thousands died as a result.
Care homes seeded with covid patients and ‘eat out to help out’ refer.
There is more.

Ok I’ll bite. Not going to go into too much detail because I really don’t want to tempt ResolvenJack into yet another bizarre definition of duty of care but there’s absolutely no way any prime minister or minister could possibly be held liable for the deaths of people killed by a deadly pathogen during a world wide pandemic.

Ministers are always free to disregard advice. They have to be.

It goes along with my opinion that those who set the rules should be much more harshly punished when they break the rules/laws.

Also, there is the small matter of all the billions given away for PPE that was never supplied or was not of the quality needed, money they never tried to get back, I wonder what a police investigation would find in there, I wonder if any friends or family of any government ministers or tory MP's got some of that missing money?

That'd be criminal.

They are accountable.

Partying instead of taking the medical guidance seriously needs looking at.
‘Let the bodies pile high’ ?
‘Operation last gasp’ ?

The decision to ban incoming Pakistani and Bangladeshi flights, but allowing Indian flights to continue for weeks so Johnson could visit India without being on the defensive also needs looking at. Thousands arrived from India due to that decision.
India had slightly higher covid levels than those banned.

And didn't they let British nationals return from holidays and go home without being tested at first too?

We had a raft of bizarre rules that didn't seem sensible in any way and another raft of absolutely crazy things that semed certain to spread the virus. Like the tourists coming home and sending people to care homes without testing them.

Jeepers kilky, we're on the same page

I smell BS, so he can’t remember the code for the phone he used for gawd knows how long! If he handed the phone over, I’m pretty sure IT experts working for the government could access the content in a secure environment, such as a faraday room if needs be.

He’s also given the phone to his lawyer which is potentially a very clever ploy as it could (and I say could as I’m no legal expert) open up the possibility of using legal privilege to thwart efforts to access the phone.

He’s probably got a shed full of stuff on there he doesn’t want anyone seeing, I reckon we’re being played!!
