Football is a funny world. Rewind few weeks ago to months and everyone was saying Ronald needs to go. Go look at socials and a few saying he is now better than Yeo and Opoku.
Ronald as well all know showed glimpses. But I put Opoku performance last week up against anything Ronald has done in his time with us
Yes Opoku was bit off yesterday. But Yeo showed real potential. I can only imagine Just will be used as cover or compete for wings if we get Midfileds in and if Ronald leaves. Who knows
That said, on his day Ronald looks like a star. But drop his Name and his Brazilian routes to Ronald from the Rhondda, he is simply a player that cannot get past his man on most days. | | | |

This sums up perfectly how fans work. If they don't like Ronald, they put him up against Opoku last week. Ronald must go! If they do like Ronald, they put him up against Opoku yesterday. So what are we expecting in the next 8 days, the deadline is about an hour after our match against Watford ends which in my mind is ridiculous.
Im expecting Ronald to go on a permanent and Bianchini to go out on loan again unless we can cut a deal for him somewhere. Regretfully I expect Vipotnik to go for about £15M plus achievable add ons, I would rather he stays. Tymon I think will stay. Incoming we will have to have a central defender now and much as Matos doesn't like them it could well be a loan in my opinion and I am expecting another midfielder. I wouldn't like to see Ronald go Opoku has played well in the games he has played in especially when Lissah got the ball down the wing earlier, the same would be said about Ronald, Opoku ended up looking tired towards the end of games, so I would have expected Ronald to replace him, to give the fullbacks something different to deal with because they had got on top of our wing play, only five subs and used to refresh through the park and yet we still played down the wings . In the end both Lissah and Welsh drove forward with the ball to put pressure higher up the pitch. Which earned us a lttle more attacking threat.

Centre half will need shoring up given the loss of Burgess and any news on Csbango, Lissah looks more than capable at the position but he took a battering on Saturday a number of times he got caught in challenges that ended up with him limping, doès seem as if we need a bit of cover in the right back position as well given the necessary need to push Lissah inside, does make you think that leaving Sam Parker go out on loan was a mistake I wonder if he could be recalled. Last year we more or less lost two centre halves with Darling going and Santos being injured which left us down to the bare bones.I'd have last years loan back Kalean Casey but would West Ham let him go to the competition I think he is on a quite high salary with a year left on his contract a loan to buy?
And that defensive midfielder we need again a lot of new players to get accustomed to the rigours of the Championship, Fulton back in the side and Stamenic moved, Like last season at times we were playing to orders rather than using common sense with covering and vision to find those empty spaces, new players coming in looking to impress but sometimes trying to do too much Yeo committed many opposition players with his runs early on but didn't release the ball quick enough.
Lots of promise but we need to be have those partnerships and understanding created all over the pitch.

He has got a goal or two in him maybe not as many ashe should have but he also looks for Vipotnik and vice versa.
The first couple of games Just moved the ball on quickly to Opoku making Opoku look good, Just also tracked back well in those games he did tire given the role he is being given all for a high press but can that be sustained for 90+ minutes.
Matos is looking to introduce new players in the team and tried Stewart instead of making the changes that worked against Stoke. | | | |

I think this is the problem Brum had when they came up from L1. They bought too many new players and changed the L1 winning team . It took too long to bed them all in . This league is unforgiving . You just dont get the time to experiment .As far as Brum are concerned they might be making the same mistake again . A fairly settled defence but midfield and up front they are far from settled .
Wrexham and Stoke are other clubs who are still buying late into the window. Players need time to bed in especially if they are foreign ,different country language culture etc.
Widdell Franco and Walta are know the ropes now . Just Stamenic Opoku Youssa will take more time . | | | |
