Yes, but we definitely opted to come under FA jurisdiction in the PL I think. Cardiff may have done also. Maybe back in the Championship we reverted, or had to. I don’t know. | |

That exactly right.
Although they have multiple u18 players they are being assessed as we know for Cat 1 and Monga will be a good benchmark educationally and for his personal development. Cant mess it up though. | |

Thanks, UJ! That's what I suspected was the case, where an organization such as the FAW, will favor one group over another. Kind of like getting a building construction permit in certain North Carolina counties, where one contractor or a group of contractors are favored over other contractors, and therefore get their project off the ground faster than the unfavored contractors. | | | |
