| Stephen Yaxley on 11:48 - Oct 29 with 535 views | Wingstandwood | Jailing him previously has further turned him into even more of a martyr, increased his popularity/infamy and made sure that he's not being forgotten, because even when he is in prison he's getting the oxygen-of-publicity. He knows how to play the game! I could be wrong, but I think Tommy Robinson and the press/media, are despite not exactly getting on with each other, are in a way bedfellows, because where there is one you tend to find the other. If it wasn't for the press/media and skewed judicial system, he would be far less popular, far less famous and far less influential to many. The one's that gloat about his prosecutions, lack streetwise acumen to realise that his misfortune actually makes him vastly stronger! So yes jailing him is an A+ own goal for the establishment and anyone else who wants him banged up. | |

I’ve no doubt he’s cleverer than many think. He’s made a few fortunes of the more gullible ones. As for the establishment, they don’t seem to have much choice. Found guilty by a jury and bound by sentencing guidelines.

And what sentencing guidelines would they be ? are they the same that jail women for having an opinion or the convicted rapists who are given suspended sentences or a myriad of too many others who the judiciary deem not a risk to society despite proven to the contrary. Some are saying up to ten years and some on here are creaming themselves at the prospect .

If he is jailed he "will make hay when the sun shines" and take full advantage of, because he is extremely streetwise to know it would be done at the very same time that career criminals and serious offenders are being set free by a system that is obviously skewed by doing just that.

By all accounts there are several. A suspended sentence applied in December though should please everyone.

It’ll be the sentencing guidelines attached to the crime committed. Not my area of expertise but my best guess would be a minimum of a suspended sentence and at the other end a maximum of 4 years (bearing in mind previous character will be taken in to account) In any eventuality he’ll make a lot of money. | | | | Login to get fewer ads
| Stephen Yaxley on 16:43 - Oct 29 with 263 views | ReslovenSwan1 | UK has always taken a dim view of incitement to riot and the stirring UK of racial hatred. We in Wales stopped fighting the English in the1400 s and many in Wales are deeply insecure and distrustful of Welsh speakers and the movement. The movement it's self in order to be palatable is " pacifist"with means it can easily be be taunted by Agitators. We have them in Wales and they use "language stresses" to divide people . A recent extreme version of deliberate agitation was used by Russia. They used language stresses in the Donbas and agitated their way to annexation by violence. Little green men infiltrated the Donbas like Strelkov who is a FSB officer and is trouble big time. ( He is wanted for shooting down a Malaysian airliner.) A separatist movement was created by the FSB with promised of patronage later. Propaganda later presented the temporary quashing of the separatists as ethnic cleansing of " Russian speakers ". The Donbas people in 2012-2013 objected to their children being taught Ukrainian in schools. People of big nations do not respect smaller ethnic groups in many cases and this can cause them all sorts of problems as Russia is finding out. Russian friendly people in the Donbas do not have Ukrainian taught in their schools but their western cities are ruble and thousands of their men folk are dead or crippled. Water sewerage and electric supplies are not in good shape. Russian duped them and replaced their location xalnlwadeex with the FSB. Xaxley is an agitator and an agent from a foreign state which is annexing land illegally and violently based on race and religious beliefs . He is probably funded by Thirds parties. UK is a stable country which is good for business and wealth. Most Asian immigrants are not interested in religion and not fanatical at all. This disinterest is likely to increase with assimilation. Xaxley will present them as all fanatics. UK voted for Asian over Europe immigrants in 2016 . If you live in a city you do not need to see official statistics to realise the extent of this. Apart from "Most Asian immigrants are not interested in religion and not fanatical at all" which does make me ask, how do you know? Lets just go with the religion, how do you know they are not into religion? |
You bothered to read it, well done.

Yes I was shocked to discover he was chosen from a pool of thousands for a prestigious apprenticeship in aircraft engineering as a young man and by all accounts was very good at it until he reverted to form and got kicked out for assaulting a police officer. He certainly is no idiot. Drugs and poor choices have clearly addled his brain and freedom in the intervening years though.

Many observers will feel this was an interaction between two unsavory parties who both routinely push the boundaries of legality.
