It follows a string of poor results, the latest of which was a 1-0 defeat to Norwich at the weekend.
National tabloid reports suggest Swansea City chairman Garry Monk is now ready to fire him in an attempt to turn the club's fortunes around.

If, as I suspect, the Mirror "story" (which seems to have been the basis for all the cut-and-post copycat reports) is complete rubbish, then I hope that Mirror reporters are banned from press conferences for a while. Fair and critical reporting, fine; but trashy page fillers need to be dealt with. |  |

I don't that could be proclaimed a turnaround after just one game even though it was Man City. However, bad news for us if it is as they are one of the three that may pip us to relegation. |  |

No, not surprising that they'd perpetuate a rumour without verifying it.
It's all rubbish from the Mirror again as expected (for now at least). This is the same paper that ran the rubbish about Monk missing training and also was going to 'out' gay footballers  .
