Depends on your diet. A con for many but micronutrients helpful for some such as in pregnancy. The body only uses what it needs and the rest stored in fat or passed out in urine.

I tried taking a multivit but, after a few months didn't notice any difference. Then it turned out my Potassium level was low and the Doc gave me supplements. I have some left but don't bother with them.
I changed my diet instead, we eat a lot more fruit now and less Chocolate and other "nice" stuff.
My blood test results were, in fact worse after a few moths of multivitamins! The doc has put me on statins now too.

Every little helps
Bit cloudy here. Take care down there as busy once there is a bit of sun. The chippy had to close (voluntarily) as too many people and inconsiderate waste disposal. Wirral Way very busy around there. No doubt the poseurs will be back driving the promenade soon enough. The new fishmongers in West Kirby is very good-if a bit pricey, if you fancy something different. Had live cockles when I called in.
As Cat says some need them, but for many just chuck a fiver down the big each week has the same effect.

Went a fortnight ago and yeah it was pretty busy but it s an easy cycle for Mrs as it’s flat all the way. That said,a longer trip into Wales over the bridge isn’t as appealing as it used to be . Think age is catching me up but we will be wild swimming this summer whatever . Leasowe Bay alongside the Golf course is ok and Moreton Lighthouse where the channel makes it deep enough. Entry can be sloppy under foot though so use water shoes. Hope to meet you sometime anyway.

Cider vinegar every day and Vit D.
Vit D, I try to get plenty of natural light. I may be on crutches but the dog still goes out 3 times a day (handy having two large green spaces close by) and when the weather is good enough I go out the garden have a potter about, read for a bit, potter about again.
Part of the reason I liked being a postman was I preferred to be outdoors. I wouldn't have been happy in an office all day for all my working life.
Here is something that if bought as a bulk order would cost approx £205 a year. It is classed as 'chemo-prevention' and the indivdual ingredients also have an additional bonus of having the same antioxidant effect of vitamins. Has also been subject to medical trial
I've been told that taking vitamins and other health related products with coffee and tea is best avoided because a diuretic effect flushes away the potency. So no tea or coffee an hour before and an hour after.

Been on a low carb diet for about 3 years, eat meat, fish, eggs some veg grown above ground, some dairy which is full fat. Take the occasional magnesium and potassium supplements, also take apple cider vinegar quite regularly. Still enjoy the occasional pint and glass of wine. During that time lost 2 stone in weight and feel fitter than I have for many years. Started doing it after coming across a Dr Ken Berry on Twitter, an American doctor who promotes the Keto diet.

Probably slightly off track, but I started taking l-carnitine supplements last year in the period gyms were open. Don’t understand the science, but they did seem to give me more energy and make me sweat more. Didn’t noticeably lose weight (I don’t weigh, just look at it holistically, body shape, fitting into jeans etc) but didn’t really have long enough before the second lockdown. Going to try again when they reopen in May.
