Your pushing the envelope there mate, the criteria for tests is, as far as I know, yet to be regulated.

Some of the horsey women like mirrors.

Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

Horses were on the roads before cars, cars haven't been going that long.

Continually being banned by Planet Swans for Porthcawl and then being reinstated.

They should definitely have emissions tests, some of the stuff coming out of their exhausts is shocking.

Just my opinion, but WTF do I know anyway?

I believe under common law, everyone has the right to use highways.Car's don't actually need to be registered either, that's just a way of making money and gaining control.

And people hate cyclists on the road.
#Horses a real menace here.

Pippas in the saddle sitting smug knowing they are holding up other road users to whom they were glare if they have the cheek to overtake (slowly) of course.

The clit bumpers are not really a problem, but cyclists 2 abreast on main roads really get's to me.

Under common law (which is set in courts) it is illegal not to register a car, as soon as a judge found someone guilty of the offence he set the precedent.

This common law stuff (to go with the freeman of the land stuff) is just a group of people who want to do as they please and not face the consequences.

Just my opinion, but WTF do I know anyway?

You can unregister your car, i think you just have to inform the police.

Yeh, if you want to put it in the garage and never use it. Unfairly, if you were foreign and brought your car here, you can drive it unregistered. If you are a UK license holder and bought the car here, it needs to be registered, taxed and MOT'd. If not and the police stop you they will most probably do you.

Just to be sure, maybe you should ask a traffic officer?

You can derigister your car at any time and take it on the road. You still need insurance and excise duty, but it doesn't have to be registered with the DVLA.
