Journalism standards continue to decline, it is amazing how many stories are published without being verified. I read a long piece about 10 days ago about how over 100 Afghan security guards who worked for the UK were being abandoned to the Taliban. The only "moron" on this Post is the person who dis-abuses the information presented here based on the secondary source reporting it.
When if he had spent just a couple of minutes he would have found dozens and dozens of other sources reporting the same thing.
He could even have gone to the original article to see that they have acknowledged their error.
Of course the only place he wouldn't have found the new information is on the MSM sites that put out the original fake story.

Absolutely agree regarding the media being a virus.
We saw wall to wall left wing extremism last year, violence day after day being labelled as ''peaceful protests''. Destroying peoples lives, businesses and homes on the daily, many of which were in minority neighborhoods.
Whether people like to admit it or not, the mainstream media has taken a massive credibility hit in the last 2 years especially. Even those on the left that the coverage is designed to promote/protect know it's as transparent as anything.
They spent years telling us Trump's border policy on illegal immigrants was racist and they should be able to come in without papers... before it now being a ''crisis that has to be addressed''.
