Shows how quick you fall out of favour , not because you're poor but because you don't suit the system/manager . Makes you think just how many decent players are out there all kicking their heels , Ntcham for example . | |

A very decent footballer at this level and a good servant during his seven years here. Will be a great signing for somebody.
Just a shame he clearly doesn't fit in with Martin's plans. I think he'd be useful myself but he obviously isn't in the picture and that's that. Best for all concerned that he moves onto pastures new.
