 Georgina Marcella : An apology 15th Dec 2021 16:30On Sunday this website reported the concerning story of Connor Roberts being taken ill and was currently in hospital as a result of that illness. His fiancé Georgina Marcella sent a tweet regards this fact on the weekend. After considerable thought we felt it right that we published an article on Connor’s condition. As a result and after talking to Georgina we feel it is right to offer her and Connor an apology due to some of the stories content.  2

You and I may fall out and that's fine by me;I will argue the toss with Keith too and point out where I think he 's not right. I have never had an issue with him and he keeps matters well away from "ad hominem" so I know he's a top man.
It really takes a special individual to admit fault and we need to accept we all get it wrong sometimes.

We learned a lot yesterday, and this website has a real responsibility to face up to its articles. Our staff writers were extremely embarrassed by the mistake, but it wasn't their fault. I think as well they were extremely upset at a few of the responses to the tweet which were posted without any research or consultation as to what they were affecting. Georgina seems like a very switched on individual with her family at heart, we all know how that feels. As I said we wish her and Connor the very best for their exciting future together. |  |
